PORT SAINT JOHN
CRUISE

In early 2022 we were engaged by Port Saint John to rebrand and upgrade their cruise reception visitor experience.

We built the cruise suite to align with Port Saint John’s overall brand, to echo the destination brand established by Envision Saint John, and to lean into some of our region’s biggest value drivers for cruise visitors: the Bay of Fundy, and Uptown Saint John’s loyalist heritage.

RESULTS

We created a warm Saint John welcome that embraces cruise passengers from the moment they step onto the gangway, to the moment they return to the ship.

From health and safety instructions to selfie moments to walking tours, Port Saint John’s cruise brand accompanies passengers on every step of their shore journey.

THE PORT POD

We also helped Port Saint John create a brand activation inside the Area 506 Container Village, providing cruise passengers and locals with accessible, attractive information on how the Port works, what its environmental commitments are, and how it engages with the community.

The Port Pod included a fun sub brand (in neon), wall graphics including easily update-able key fact “bullets”, two movable display units, decor, and a point of sale station for local product sales and information gathering.

The 2022 return of cruise to Port Saint John was a much-celebrated event requiring thoughtful yet fun instructional graphics inside the cruise terminal designed to keep everyone safe and happy.
